Professional balloon decor that brings your vision to life
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your event. Payment in full is
due if your event is less than 7 days away.

Important Information
Payment Terms
- A 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking.
- The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event.
- If booking less than 7 days before the event, full payment is due at booking.
- Cancellations are allowed up to 7 days before the event; deposits may be applied to a rescheduled event within 12 months.
- Accepted forms of payment: Zelle, Venmo, Credit, and Check (Please note: a 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments)
Disclaimer
- JoyFull Balloon Boutique is not liable for any damage after delivery or installation
- We use professional-grade balloons, but some may pop due to weather, pets, heat, or sharp objects
- Any balloons that pop during transportation or setup will be replaced or refunded if replacement isn’t possible
- For outdoor events, we strongly suggest having an indoor backup plan (Plan B) in case of bad weather. It is the client’s responsibility to monitor weather conditions and provide an alternate setup location if needed.
