✔ Missed Pickup – Missed pickups may not be able to be rescheduled on the same-day.
Delivery
✔ Timing Window – You’ll receive a delivery time window prior to your event.
✔ Day-Of Recommended – We recommend scheduling delivery within 24hrs of your event for the best results.
✔ Receiving Requirement – Someone must be present unless we’ve made other arrangements.
✔ Business Deliveries – Please include the department and contact person.
✔ Weather Considerations – We ask that you personally monitor weather conditions for outdoor events.
✔ Large Venues – We’ll need detailed instructions or a contact person to help with access, unloading, and setup locations.
