All deposits made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable. In the event that your event is canceled, a credit will be held on your account for 12 months and can be used in the future.
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible for custom installations and 3–5 days ahead for standard deliveries or pickups. For peak seasons (graduation, holidays) and weekends, earlier booking is advised. Last-minute requests are accommodated, when possible, but availability may be limited.
We are located in Southwest Fort Worth and primarily serve the greater Fort Worth area and nearby communities. Travel fees may apply for events beyond our standard range. If you’re unsure whether we can accommodate your location, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to explore the possibilities with you!
To place an order, simply complete the inquiry form on our website. After we receive your submission, we’ll check availability, provide pricing, and follow up with the next steps to confirm your booking.
While we use only the highest quality materials, we cannot guarantee the lifespan of balloons once they have been delivered or picked up. Everyday hazards like rough surfaces, sharp objects, heat, weather, or even curious toddlers can cause balloons to pop. Once your balloons are in your possession, we are not responsible for any that are popped, lost, stolen, let go of, or damaged. However, if a balloon is accidentally popped by our team during delivery or setup, we’ll replace it at no charge or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible in time.
Yes, we are fully insured. JoyFull Balloon Boutique carries commercial general liability insurance to help protect both our business and our clients. This includes coverage for our decor services at events and venues. If your venue requires proof of insurance, we’re happy to provide documentation upon request.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. If you are within 7 days of the event when booking, payment is due in full at that time. Once your date is confirmed, we begin ordering supplies and preparing your materials right away. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery of your balloons or services.
Yes! We offer latex-free options for garlands, arches, stuffed balloons, helium balloons, and
centerpieces. Just let us know your needs, and we’ll customize your decor accordingly.
